You must read and sign this contract and submit it with your order. ONLY original signatures will be accepted NO faxes and NO copies. This contract limits our liability.

I __________________ am ordering the following signed photo(s) from the Birmingham UK Memorabilia Event in March hosted by Coolwaters Productions LLC. I understand and agree to the following terms:

1) I will not hold Coolwaters Productions LLC; it's owners or the celebrities responsible for any loss or damage to an 8x10 I order to be signed.

2) I will pay for, in full, all items being signed at the rates listed below. I understand that absolutely NO refunds will be granted, unless the event/signing is canceled. In such an event my signature fees will be returned.

3) I understand that if my payment does not reach the offices of Coolwaters by March 24, 2008 that my order will NOT be filled.

4) I understand that Coolwaters Productions LLC will be choosing a photo that is offered by the event promoter at the show, but that Coolwaters can not guarantee which exact image I will receive. Coolwaters will also be providing a C.O.A. with a photo of item(s) being signed at the event by each celebrity who is participating. I also understand that Coolwaters will affix to my 8x10 photo a hologram serial number tag to help ensure the authenticity of the signature in the future. The number will be kept on file in Coolwaters' office, matching my celebrity signature to my specific serial number & order.

5) I understand that if I misspell a personalization that I will not hold Coolwaters Productions LLC or the celebrity in question liable for the mistake.

6) I understand that I am responsible for ALL shipping charges to have the 8x10s mailed to me after they have been signed. I am also responsible for any and all taxes or duties that my country may implicate upon the return of the item(s).

7) I understand that each celebrity may or may not write dedications to my last name, only to a first name. I also understand that said celebrities may or may not write a quote from the film.

8) I understand that each celebrity will sign my photo in a blue sharpie or another pen that Coolwaters feels will compliment the image(s) chosen.
