 Matthew Wolf was born in London,
England. He trained at the London Centre for Theatre Studies. The late great agent Dennis Selinger, one of Britain’s
most powerful theatrical agents, represented Matthew for a while up until his death in 1998. Selinger represented such stars
as Peter Sellers, Sean Connery, Ben Kingsley and considered Matthew Wolf as his latest discovery. Wolf has appeared in many
productions on the London stage, including the title role in a sell-out production of Macbeth alongside Twilight star Robert
Pattinson.
Major films include Pirates of The Caribbean, You Don’t Mess With The Zohan, and Disney’s
upcoming Mars Needs Moms starring Seth Green. Television appearances include; 24 opposite Jurgen Prochnow, I Shouldn’t
Be Alive for Discovery; and numerous BBC productions.
Matthew Wolf’s voice work is extensive. He is currently
the voice of Thor for Marvel Animated Features, in Hulk vs Thor, and Thor:Tales of Asgard, released later this year.
Matthew has lent his voice to numerous video games, including Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Wanted, Call of Duty,
Samurai Warriors, Fable, Sudeki, Legendary, Bladestorm, and Operation Flashpoint. He played twenty-five different characters
in three series of the sitcom Nebulous alongside Mark Gatiss, Steve Coogan and David Warner, and also played multiple characters
in the world premiere of the David Mamet comedy Keep Your Pantheon both for BBC Radio 4.
