In
the past decade, Isaac C. Singleton, Jr. has established himself as a film and television actor of note. He has appeared in
over fifty critically acclaimed productions that have a combined gross of over 1 Billion Dollars. Perhaps his most fan favorite
film is "Pirates of the Caribbean" where his character
"BO'SUN" is the 2nd in command next to Jeffrey Rush! BUT Sci-Fi
fans will remember him from "Galaxy Quest" in which he was "SARRIS' GUARD" and finally for fans of "Planet of the Apes" he played 5 characters
including the APE who cheated at the card game!
One of three children, Isaac
was born in Melbourne, Florida - However, as the son of a US Air Force Officer, he was subsequently raised in both the United
States and in Europe. Early exposure to ethnic diversity and multiple cultures has led Mr. Singleton to accurately portray
characters of many backgrounds.
Mr. Singleton's career took off after appearing in the stunt shows, "The
Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular", "The Wild Wild West Stunt Show" and "The Waterworld
Stunt Spectacular" at the MGM Disney Studios and at Universal Studios - Hollywood. After arriving in Los Angeles,
Isaac was quickly cast in top television and film productions including: "The X Files", HBO's
"Arliss", "Crossing Jordan", "Anger
Management", "The Scorpion King", &
"Charlie's Angels".
In addition, to his film
work, Mr. Singleton's signature deep voice can be heard in Award Winning Video Games, including - "The Lord of the Rings", "The Incredibles", & "Rainbow Six".
Mr. Singleton is also
actively involved in his community and holds a strong belief that peace and prosperity can only advance through a respect
and integration of cultures and customs from all corners of the globe. Mr. Singleton is passionate about cultural diversity
and equality through education and outreach. He sits on the board of Directors for The V2V Foundation (www.TheV2VFoundation.org),
which is dedicated to the causes of those in transition after natural disaster (Hurricane Katrina), catastrophic
illness and injury(9/11 survivors and workers), and other personal tragedy.
