Daniel trained
at the Drama Center in London and several sessions at the Banff School of Fine Arts . He is the son of Canadian musical
opera icon, Maureen Forrester . His father was also the virtuosos violinist, conductor Eugene Kash. He is the brother
of Linda Kash , an accomplished Canadian actress. He is married to actress,writer,producer Hayley Tyson.

has recently directed Night Mother, Brother Moon Sister Sun, Kathryn Starring as Herself at Last, for the Toronto and Winnipeg Fringe and Fabuloso for the Summerworks Festival,
and his Film direction includes the award winning short films Germgirl Flip Phone and For Lease.
