Each of the clients depicted on this site have expressed their permission in having Coolwaters Productions LLC and it's staff represent them exclusively and/or non-exclusively for convention appearances and signature deals around the world focusing primarily on each celebrity's respective body of work. Coolwaters Productions LLC is also authorized to field offers from third parties for autograph merchandising proposals. Each event is carefully mapped out with the promoter. Coolwaters Productions LLC will provide you with a fully detailed contract that will outline specifically what is expected, and what precisely the client will be responsible for while attending an event. A Coolwaters Productions LLC staff member will always accompany any of its clients to an event.

Our clients will do the following:

1) Come to your event and sign autographs for a nominal fee on studio licensed, full color 8x10 photographs (featuring their specified film characters) that we provide, or on items attendees bring from their private collection.

2) Give small stage presentations or perform a "question and answer" session with your event attendees.

3) Take photos with your event attendees at no charge.

4) Provide free literature to event attendees outlining how to become members of their Official Fan Club. The clubs (when available) offer its members chances to win cool prizes and purchase exclusive merchandise featuring their favorite celebrity.

Each of our clients require different negotiations when dealing with appearance fees, travel, and accommodation rules and regulations. Our clients may also have restrictions on when they may be available due to their ever-changing work schedules. Coolwaters Productions LLC was created by a small group of college students from Massachusetts in 1992. It served as the mother ship for various independent and student film projects for many years. As the original creators of the company grew and moved on, one of it's founding members, Derek Maki, kept the company going by creating a PR Department. This division was created specifically to represent actors from various film and TV projects (with the largest clients appearing in the STAR WARS films).
