A great character actor, Kee Chan has had a great acting career so far that has taken him all around the world to film in locations that most of us would only dream of ever visiting! He was in Australia when he got cast in STAR WARS Episode 3 as Senator MALE DEE!
PLUS he has starred in Mission Impossible II with Tom Cruise and has a TV series coming soon in which he plays the lead role with Dennis Hopper called FLATLAND.
You may also know him from roles in Singapore Sling, Half Baked, The Road to Mandalay and Conversations with a Dead Man.

Malé-Dee served in the Galactic Senate during the transition from Galactic Republic to Galactic Empire. He was one of the Petition of 2,000, signatories that formally expressed their concerns with Palpatine's rule during the crisis of the Clone Wars. The petition called for him to relinquish his emergency powers, and do away with his appointed governors. Malé-Dee was one of the handful of Senators present when Padmé Amidala presented the Chancellor with the petition.
During pre-production, before many of the ancillary characters of Episode III were given proper names, the designs of Malé-Dee were simply identified as "Male Senator." This no-frills moniker became the basis of his name.
