SEPTEMBER 1, 2010- DEREK MAKI writes: After
years of trying to convince him to join our client list..... he has finally agreed! I AM PLEASED to announce that our new
exclusive client is MR. AHMED BEST (aka JAR JAR BINKS) from the new STAR WARS films and CLONE WARS cartoon! Mr. Best has never
appeared in person at fan conventions to sign autographs BUT has decided to give it a try! He's very interested in getting
to know his fans and also build a fan following for a new series he has created! Mr. Best will be attending a limited number
of conventions over the next 12 months and has specifically asked Coolwaters to contract him for the TOP conventions world-wide.
His appearances will be limited BUT will include Q&A sessions and photo-ops (when available) and of course he will meet

time Ms. Fisher is very busy as we try not to bother her with send ins. She did make an appearance at Celebration V and most
fans got her at the time. We usually do send ins when it's closer to the Christmas Holiday or when a client is appearing
at an event in person. All we can say is check out web site often OR JOIN OUR MAILING list to be kept up to date on ANY events.

writes: We have received many letters requesting another signing with IRVIN KERSHNER, especially since
he is not attending any events this year! We are currently working on getting a date picked out where you will once again
be able to send in your items, please check the site often for an update. Also, we have received requests to have a send in
with Billy Dee Williams, again, we are working out a date when that can happen. Send ins are easy for us to do when the client
wants us to come to their homes or when we are in person with them at a US based convention, but please understand that due
to customs and other countries laws, we can NOT bring your items to conventions held outside the USA.

JUNE 10, 2010- KENNETH L. writes: A
couple of weekends ago my son and I attended Adventure Con 2010 in Pigeon Forge, TN. While I have been to a number of
different conventions in the past, this was my 12 year old son's first and we were both very excited about taking a much
deserved weekend holiday off, and Adventure Con seemed like an easy, inexpensive way to enjoy a few days off. We signed
up for the Coolwaters Productions VIP experience and while the convention itself was a great time where we got to meet some
neat people and peruse some nifty collectibles, I cannot adequately express what an amazing time we had with Derek and the
rest of the Coolwaters staff during this VIP experience. I don't think I could have found a better time for my son's
first convention. He was so excited to have breakfast, pizza and play laser tag with Matt, Neil, Maria and Deep.
And I can only say that all of them, celebrities and staff combined were just so kind and gracious to my son, I can't
tell you how grateful !
I am and pleased with our experience dealing with all of them. Neil and Matt especially
have two new fans and as soon as we left, my son turns to me and says, "Dad, can we do this again next year?"
It just made me smile. What a great value! A once in a lifetime experience, really! I mean, I got to shoot Optimus Prime
with a laser tag rifle! Thank you Derek and all the rest of you folks at Coolwaters. We'll be back as many years
as you keep doing this, no doubt.!

wanted to thank Mr. Barry Pearl & Ms. Jamie Donnelly for my signed "Grease" Photos, I had won from your Coolwaters
Live Webcast 2 weeks back! They look fantastic! I love that they both added an extra 'personal touch' to their 8x10's
- Barry wrote down the famous tag line "Grease is the Word", and Jamie made an old fashioned 'arrow through
the heart' from her character "Jan". Priceless!! I will treasure them for the rest of my life! Thanks Jamie

APRIL 22, 2010- DEREK M. writes: Believe
it or not we were able to get Irvin Kershner to sign ALL the stuff folks sent in done in ONE sitting! Kershner was feeling
well on Wednesday and he signed the whole batch! SO we are currently working NOW to get it all sorted, wrapped up and shipped.
We hope to have this all done by the weekend and everyone should have their stuff next week! ALSO thanks to all of you who
sent Kershner get well wishes, we went over them with him and he was very touched! Cheers to all the fans!
APRIL 15, 2010- OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE: Irvin Kershner will not be able to attend the Anaheim Comic Con. He has
been battling cancer and was hospitalized on the April 9th.
He is now out of the hospital but still not strong enough to make a public appearance, according to his doctors. “I
am very sorry I can’t be at Wizard World’s event this Saturday,” said Kershner. “I had hoped to celebrate
the 30th anniversary of "The Empire Strikes Back"
with fans and my friend Billy Dee Williams, but maybe we can all celebrate the 40th together.” “May the force be with you…and me,” Kershner added. Irvin was scheduled to appear at Wizard World Anaheim Comic Con on April
17, 2010. Coolwaters was very sad to receive the news. Coolwaters President, Derek Maki, stated; "Kershner is like a
grandfather to me, I am hopeful for his quick recovery and I will miss him at this weekends show." Coolwaters Productions LLC, who was representing Mr. Kershner for his appearance
at Comic Con, will have a special video message from Mr. Kershner to show just prior to the Q&A session with actor Billy
Dee Williams. Coolwaters invites all fans to attend the Q&A and see the special video message from Mr. Kershner. Coolwaters and Mr. Kershner are both very sensitive to this last minute
cancellation. Mr. Kershner is going to allow Coolwaters to obtain personal items from attendees of the event, who had originally
planned to meet Mr. Kershner and have him, sign their personal items from their collection, and bring these items to Mr. Kershner's
house to be signed. There will be a fee for this service, and fans should visit the Coolwaters booth at the show for
more information on how to participate.
Mr. Kershner through Coolwaters
will also offer a SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION 30th Anniversary print, created by Mr. Kershner, for sale to event attendees. These
prints will be signed, numbered and are limited to only 200 worldwide. Again, fans interested in this print should visit the
Coolwaters booth at the Anaheim Comic Con show.

March 31, 2010) is going to be canceled. BOTH co-host Derek Maki and co-producer Alberto Garcia are ill and the doctor has
told them bed rest ONLY for the next few days. Derek and Alberto are also NOT interested in getting our guest or our fellow
Coolwaters LIVE crew members sick. We hope you all understand. We cannot thank you all enough
for the support you have shown us since the show premiered! Not to fret, tonight’s guest (Neil Kaplan) is being rescheduled
and we WILL BE BACK next week with 2 guests, Treva Eitenne and Vince Lozano! So please re-watch one of the previous
episodes and then tune in next week when we are back on track!!! Do not forget EVERY week we need

also wish to express my deepest of sympathies to David Steinberg's family, friends and fellow actor pals he has worked
with along the way in his life. I was very much looking forward to meeting & receiving an autograph from Mr. Steinberg

and will feel the same way as myself. A very large loss!

bless David Steinberg, he was a dear friend, great actor and overall special human being. I love you Dave, I hope you have
peace! How short life is and how precious we all are! You really start to feel inside how trivial some things are when something
like this happens. The issues I face, the fights I must endure, all mean NOTHING when a light like David is taken from you.
I am deeply sad and hurt by David's passing and I hope we can all see that we are here for a short time and must make
the most of our days.

you again for all of your help and your company's professionalism at MegaCon. Being there by myself and trying to
juggle rolled & folded posters, large & small photos, etc. - all with special instructions as to color &
placement - could have been a nightmare. You and the other staffmembers from Coolwaters were amazingly helpful.
I was shocked at how smoothly my signings went, especially with Billy Dee Williams. I was able to enjoy meeting him
instead of worrying about what he was doing and I appreciate that. You might get some flack for running such a tight
ship during signings - but the payoff is great customer service and an overall more positive experience. Keep up the
great work!

JOB on your 1st Live Webcast, Guys! I will be at the next one for sure! I think Mr. Jones was both a 'good sport'
and a great pleasure to listen to - not to mention funny! It makes me want to go out and buy some of the films of Doug's
that I have missed. On the topic of who Doug reminds people of: "The old masked characters of the golden age", I
AGREE! A modern day master of his craft. But on his own 'real life' mannerisms, he reminds me of actor Jeff Goldblum
- even sounds like him to some degree, which I hope he will see as a compliment! Both are class acts! See you all at the next

writes: I have never entered a blog before and I figured it was my responsibility to try it for the
new year. Derek and I work very hard for all our clients (we have over 75 of them) and I can not thank the clients enough
for all their support over the years! Derek has been assisting clients for 12 years now and I know how hard he works. I also
know how hard each client works when they are at events meeting fans face to face, I thank them for their perseverance and
for their dedication to their fans. Speaking of fans I must also thank them for the years of support that they give to both
Derek and ALL the clients. Without the fans there would be no celebrities and without the fans there would be no Coolwaters
management company. Finally, I guess I should thank the studios for making films and thank the promoters around the world
who keep hosting these great conventions bringing fans face to face with their favorite heroes! God Bless and Happy 2010!

just received my personalized Pumpkinhead autograph and it is absolutely gorgeous. The quality of the photograph combined
with the signature is going to make this one of the highlights of my personal collection. I appreciate you taking the
time to have Tom personalize it and the quick delivery. There are a number of production companies out there and I have
dealt with a good many of them yet this is one of the unique times where I feel as though you guys care as much for the fans
as the clients you represent. That means a lot when it comes down to it. I wish you nothing but the best in the

writes: Hello Corey: Coolwaters does not control the promoter and their choices of WHO to bring in.
We pitched several STAR WARS clients to the Toronto promoter and were turned down. THE ONLY way fans can see more guests is
to e-mail the promoter with requests of guests. IF a promoter sees there is a demand then they will bring in more guests.
It's your job as a fan to let your local promoter know WHO YOU WANT TO SEE. Get your friends to join in.... the more requests
the better. Coolwaters can only supply the talent! Good luck!

Well HARD TO SAY, but we will keep it in mind. We've had folks ask us to do Mollo and Muir but the demand needs to come
from more than just one or two fans.... we need more requests. We also have other things we are planning for the next 18 months
including our exclusive deal with WIZARD WORLD ENT. Without saying WHO, we have a VERY SPECIAL GUEST who has NEVER SIGNED
BEFORE appearing at the WIZARD show in New York. We can not announce this person as of yet, BUT fans are gonna go nuts! BTW

wanted to thank you for helping out A.J. and I to get Viskocil on our items. It really meant a lot to me, I appreciate
the fine service. I have a question - are you planning on any other ILM signings this year? Possibly with Mollo, Muir or some
of the others? Also I wanted to see if Billy Dee Williams was planning on a signing this year.
